Good morning girls and boys I hope some of you have managed to get out to do your 1km a day, you can walk, run, skip anything you like. It would be so lovely to see photos of you all joining in this whole school health challenge, it is important that we all get out and get some exercise every day it helps us all to stay healthy and well.
Today haggis would like you all to make a fruit salad for yourself, you can add any fruit you like orange, strawberries,banana,grapes, blueberries, apples any fruit you like to make a yummy healthy snack.

First of all you will need to wash your fruit, then with the help of a parent you will need to chop up your fruit , mix up in a bowl you can add some yoghurt to make it even yummier. This will give you lots of vitamin C from the fruit, calcium from the milk in the yoghurt, which will help us to have strong bones and teeth. It is important for us to eat healthy, eating this way helps us feel strong with lots of energy to run about. We all need to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day.
