Good Morning Boys and Girls,
I hope you all had a good weekend even though it was a bit wet and cold.

Look I am back at Mrs Forth house, we went out for a walk this morning to get a start on our 5k challenge. We walked through the woods it was lovely. When I got a bit tired I got a ride on Tess back but she kept stopping to sniff and pee so Mrs Forth put me on her shoulder for a little rest.
Then she put me with these lovely purple flowers for a photo but I was met by a buzzing bee, what do you think it was doing? Don’t worry it didn’t sting me, it had a sniff then carried on.

Todays challenge for health and wellbeing is to find a step and step up and down for 1 minute, you have to count how many times you step up for 1 minute. We all have smaller legs than the adults so its tougher for us but still a good challenge. Mrs Forth used a much higher step than me but we both did it together. Please let me know how you got on and who joined you for the challenge.
Once you have done the step challenge I have one more activity for you. I would like you to find something around the house to measure the height of your step. It can be anything like Lego, wooden blocks, rubbers, biscuits, even your fingers. We used tealight candles to measure our steps. My step measured 15 tealight candles high. I then went inside and measured two more things. I noted them down and then with some help Mrs Forth explained the one with the most cadles was biggest and the one with the least candles was the smallest. Can you try measuring some more things and let me know what was the biggest and smallest. It would be great if you could send me a photo of your measuring. My email is emma.forth79@gmail.com
