We had a fantastic Christmas lunch today! Huge thank you to Mairi and Claire our “cookers” for making a delicious feast and of course thank you to everyone that joined us. See you tomorrow for the nativity.

Apologies for the second change to woods time this week.
We will be going on Friday 13th December at 9.45am. As mentioned in the previous post it would be lovely if some of our adults could join us!
Sorry again for the change.
Miss Robinson
Yesterday Primary 1 went with Primary 2/3 on a bus all the way to the Capstone Centre in Alness. The children had lots of fun taking part in all the different Christmas Story themed activities.

As I am sure you all know, the Early Level class will be performing their fantastic Nativity on Thursday 12th December at 1.30pm and 5.30pm. We would as that, if possible you ensure that your child is at school / nursery for both performances.
We would be very grateful if you could either dress your child in black leggings / trousers on Thursday or pop a pair in their bags.
Thank you.
This week we will be going to the woods on Friday instead of Wednesday. We will be going at 11am instead of first thing and it would be lovely if some of our grown up’s could join us. We had so much fun last time you came along!
We hope to see you then!
Today is a sad day for the children and staff of Milton as today is our very special teacher Miss Rossβ last day with us as she goes off on her new adventures. The Early Years Class worked hard in secret to make a very special leaving card.
Miss Ross brought the children a very special snack, the children loved their cheese pizza and milkshake thank you Miss Ross.
The children have been working very hard on the Nativity and we hope to see lots of parents and grandparents at the showings which will take place on Thursday 12th at 1:30pm and 5:30pm.

After a very busy morning of outdoor play and nativity practice this afternoon we decided to put up our Christmas tree. We think all the boys and girls did a fantastic job and our tree is looking spectacular.

There was much excitement in the Primary 1 classroom this morning as an Elf called Cookie has arrived!
Cookie is here to help an eye on the children and report back to Santa. We can’t wait to see what mischief he will get up to!

We also have lots if new Soft Start stations, including present wrapping, cookie making and toy building.

What a great decoration day we had today! Thank you to all the parents who came along to join us for some festive crafts, it was lovely to see some of the next generation of Milton nursery arrive to participate with their siblings too! The nursery walls are going to be very colourful over the next few weeks with all the Santaβs, Christmas baubles, snowflakes, stained glass windows and paper chains that were made today! No doubt everyone will be finding glitter everywhere for weeks now too… π
